The Library currently has 7 display walls and 3 shelf locations throughout the public space for community artwork. Please complete this application and waiver if you would like to display your pieces at the Mulvane Public Library.

Waiver:

• I understand the Mulvane Public Library shall not assume any responsibility or obligation for any loss or damage to any items displayed now or in the future.
• I understand that the Library requires a preview of the display prior to booking.
• I understand that the Library does not allow price tags on items, but encourages artists to display contact information for the purpose of future sales.
• I understand that the Library Staff will choose how the items are displayed throughout the space.
• I understand that artwork/display bookings are at the discretion of the Library Staff. The Staff reserves the right to deny displays for any reason.
• I understand that the displayed items are not and will not be covered under any insurance policy owned by the Library.
• I understand that I am solely responsible for insurance coverage for the items being displayed, and the burden is on me to do so at my own cost.
• I agree that any artwork/items shall be removed from the library within seven (7) days following the end date above, unless otherwise noted in a written agreement between myself and the Director.
• I acknowledge that usage of display spaces does not constitute the Library’s endorsement.
• I agree to indemnify and hold the Library harmless from any type of intellectual property infringement,
  including but not limited to patent, copyright, or trademark infringement.
